Lawshare provides custody services in several forms. For UK securities there is the CREST sponsorship service, Lawsafe, and custody of Collective investments. For overseas holdings International Custody is also available.


CREST Sponsorsip

Lawshare have offered a CREST Sponsorship service to Fund Managers, Trust Administrators, Pension Funds and Charities since the launch of CREST in July 1996.

Sponsorship is the term used by CRESTCo. to describe the process whereby our clients become CREST Members, but outsource the administration of the CREST interface to Lawshare. This allows them to gain all the benefits of CREST without the investment in technology and manpower. It also enables them to hold their clients' stock in CREST without surrendering control of the stock to a third party custodian.

Our web-enabled system, called LawSafe, is built on the concepts of simplicity, speed and most importantly, security.
